(This is a now page, a list of things I'm currently thinking about and working on.)
I'm in the process of wrapping up my junior year at Parsons School of Design. I'm currently in New York.
I've been working on some animation work for a few people outside of university.
Design for education:
When I'm in school, I work as a tutor at the university's Learning Center. I've been thinking a lot about the education sphere and teaching. My creative work too, is leaning towards this subject.
I've always been interested in pedagogy and it's combination with design. Lately, I've been thinking about how we can design new/better tools of thinking. How can we design systems and processes that aid the learning process? How can we use design to help us learn how to learn? I've also been thinking about a better way to navigate densely linked notes (just like these), and the power of hyperlinks.

While looking for internships, I've been getting stuck putting a portfolio together and showcasing the work I've made over the last few years. I've always found it really difficult to put my work out there or share things with other people, especially because I genuinely feel like none of my work is worth sharing. But I'm taking the leap and this is me leaving the garage door open while I work and thinking in public.
I'm currently (very slowly) reading [[21 Lessons For The 21st Century - Yuval Harari]] and thinking more deeply about veganism.
- Sometimes I think I only enjoy the idea of having read a certain book, but I'm too lazy to do the actual work of reading.
A rather permanent one: [[The Power Of Multi-Disciplinary Thinking]], the value of thinking in different fields and building connections. My interests have always been in a variety of different places, and I'm truly hoping there's space in this world for yet another generalist.
I've also been trying to write more essays and work on language as a form of expression outside of design and creative work.
